Well wifey seems to think i might have sleep apnia after seeing something on the tv.  I tend to agree but i’ve got to see a doctor first.  Would explain a lot.  I’m going to see if she’ll help me keep a sleep diary.  Based on what she says it sounds like i might stop breathing as many as 200 times a night.  No way of knowing without checking this out.  More to follow

I’ve been putting it off for too long.  Time to relaunch the blog.  I have some of my original blog posts which will be getting a complete overhaul that i’ll be posting soon.  watch this space.
